Stephanie has had a passion for baking since first playing with an Easy-Bake Oven as a child. After learning basic and advanced techniques from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, she was inspired to grow her passion by starting Dakha's Desserts and creating freshly baked desserts and pastries from friends and family.
Stephanie has always had an enthusiasm for decorating and is dedicated to quality and excellence. She loves desserts that look simple on the outside but are filled with rich and complex flavours and likes to alternate between cake decorating and desserts. Stephanie can make any custom dessert or pastry by request — she is always up for a challenge. From small victories to weddings, Stephanie is happy to bake for your any occasion.
